
Brazilian Composer, Music Producer, Sound Designer, and Audio Post-Production Specialist, Paulo Richard Ramos was the Sound Designer for the animated film DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: The Lost Episode, winner of the Gold Lion at Cannes Lions 2025 in the Influencer & Co-creation category. At Rede Globo (Randstad), he worked as an Audio Post-Production Specialist II in the Promotions Department, mixing television promos broadcast daily across the network's programming, as well as being responsible for the sound design of productions such as Falas da Vida and Viver Sertanejo. At Overloud Studio, he worked with clients including Porta dos Fundos, Megapix, and Telecine, serving as Sound Designer for Turma do Cueio and composing music for Desnecessauro.
He is also the co-composer of the award-winning soundtrack for the short film Ficção Suburbana (2023). He collaborates as a soundtrack composer for productions by Alarcon Picanço Criações, most notably the dance films Pipa (2018) and SAÍDA 124 F (2021), and the stage performances Se Meu Corpo Fosse (2021), Paysagem Sonhada (2025), and Do Alto Eu Crio, Brinco, Danço (2025). His freelance projects also include Sound Design and Audio Mixing for the Marielle Franco Institute, as well as audio description and audiobook productions created for CCBB through Sapoti Projetos Culturais. During his academic training, he worked as an arts educator at the Museum of the Environment, creating stories and original soundtracks for educational storytelling programs. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Music Composition at the School of Music of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). In addition to composing and producing, Ramos is also a multi-instrumentalist and singer.
